Knowledge
Your coaching should be based on a solid foundation of knowledge. Make sure you learn with the best coaching school you can afford. Invest in yourself. Find your own coach. Practice what you preach!
Communication
It is not enough to just have the knowledge. You need to be able to clearly communicate to your clients, adapting to the way they are best able to understand your message. This includes both in your verbal sessions and in your writing communication with the client and on social media.
Empathy
…is the ability to understand and share the feelings of another. A key skill for you to be able to create a meaningful connection with your clients.
Listen
A rule of thumb to follow is to listen twice as much as you speak. Often clients have the answer to their problems within themselves and through talking to a good listener it allows them the space to discover this.
Community
Surround yourself with a tribe of high vibe women. Those that lift you up and want you to achieve. They say we are the sum of the five people we spend the most time with – keep this in mind!
Learning
Read 30 minutes a day, stay up to date with your qualifications, partake in new online courses. Commit to your continued education. This will keep you at the top of your game, keeping your brain supple and your clients happy!
