Do you find it EASY to be happy when you have proof your desires are manifesting but then come crashing down when nothing is happening or you experience set-backs?
If so, this shift in energy can actually hold off your desires even further.
When things happen that show us we are getting into alignment with our desires, it feels amazing. We feel light, our fears and worries disintegrate and we become a manifesting machine. The better it gets, the better it gets.
But soon enough, the buzz from receiving our desires begins to fade and we start to lose that awesome momentum we created.
We begin to lose that amazing energy and as we do, the manifestations begin to slow down and we can easily forget that the manifestations even happened.
As a result, it’s easy to then try to manipulate or push for things and this leads to lots of forced action that burns us out or makes us feel less than amazing.
To beat this issue, you need to be able to feel good for the sake of feeling good and know not rely on some condition in order to feel good.
Rather than attaching your happiness to getting what you want, attach it to the things you already have. Find your joy without needing something extra because when you do, it is so much easier to consistently keep your vibration high rather than having these peaks and troughs in your energy.
Ways to keep your vibe high without depending on being, doing or having certain things
1. Practice gratitude for the simple fact that you are here right now. Rather than waiting for a reason to give thanks to The Universe and holding out for the BIG manifestations to appear before you practice gratitude, give thanks each day regardless of your current situation. Thank The Universe daily for the fact that you are here on this earth having this human experience.
2. Find joy from doing NOTHING. It’s amazing how much the act of doing nothing can really raise your vibration. Meditating and letting go of all thoughts and actions is an instant uplift.
3. Create the feeling of happiness by simply thinking about what you want as if you already have it. You don’t need the physical manifestation of your desires to be happy. Often just thinking about our goals is enough to raise our vibration. Come back to your big vision daily and imagine that your desires have already appeared and you are living the dream life right now.
