Whether it’s 1:1 coaching, group coaching, VIP days, Luxury Retreats, guest speaking, Corporate Workshops, publishing a book or getting paid to sponsor posts on your podcast, there are endless ways you can monetise a coaching business.
We recently caught up with our coaches to find out which way they prefer and which has been the most lucrative…..
“I had been working with clients 1:1 for a year, and I realised that I had reached my full capacity.
I knew I didn’t want to coach more than 10 hours per week. I wanted to respect my own boundaries and still have energy for other things such as my family, self-care, seeing friends and other projects within my business.
Group coaching allowed me to serve more women, create more of an income and actually work a lot less.
I love the energy that comes with coaching in a group. The community that evolves and the support the women give each other is incredible.”
“The retreats part of my business is probably my least profitable given the costs involved.
My last retreat, I made around £5k profit for the week (and my costs for the trip were also covered).
But it’s not always about the money. Hosting retreats has always been such a dream of mine and I love being able to travel to incredible destinations and call it work.
Retreats have been such a fun way to connect with my clients and have amazing experiences together. It’s also lovely seeing the women make amazing friendships!”
There is something special about being able to connect 1:1 with a client in person.
My VIP days are a $1000 investment (excluding any travel/accommodation) but the breakthroughs that can happen within just one day have been incredible.
Clients witness the kind of transformations that can sometimes takes weeks to achieve online. I like to incorporate something special into the day that we can do together to celebrate the client’s progress.
This could be time at a spa, a beautiful lunch, a personal branding photo shoot with my photographer or my favourite thing I’ve done so far was a helicopter ride!
I had always dreamt of being a published author and I couldn’t wait to share everything I had learned about self love and the Law of Attraction since becoming a coach.
Writing a book has been a great way for me to reach a wider audience and a lot of my clients are people who first discovered me through my book.
It’s so rewarding to get messages from women telling them how the book has changed my life.
I didn’t really think about my book as a way to make money, so the income has been an added bonus and a true reminder that when you do the thing you love, the money will always follow.
For anyone who would like to get a copy of the book you can currently find it on Amazon – it’s called Self Love & Spiritual Alchemy.
