Coaching Mindset & Business
A meditation to reduce self-criticism.
Find a quiet space to sit. Close your eyes. Take a slow deep inhale and exhale for the count of four. As you breathe slowly, say to yourself:
I am enough.
I’m flawed and make mistakes but that is ok.
I don’t need to be perfect.
I accept myself.
Everybody has struggles and makes mistakes.
I’m completely loveable just as I am.
I don’t need for others to validate my self-worth.
I don’t need to please everyone all the time.
I know in my heart that I am enough.
My struggles and imperfections don’t define me.
I will continue to change and grow from a place of self acceptance.
I will offer myself love and compassion.
I am completely loveable just as I am today.
I am enough.
We LOVE helping our clients let go of negative beliefs and a powerful way to do this is through challenging the thoughts and beliefs through the process of questions. Take some time in your sacred place with your journal and try the following questioning exercise below:
Do I believe this thought?
Is it true or false?
What happens if it is true? Or false?
Will I or someone else be hurt?
Where does this thought come from?
Is it mine or from someone else?
What can I learn from this thought?
What do I need to know?
What is it trying to tell me?
Am I ready to release/heal this thought or does it still serve me?
Is my ego attached to it so I believe I need it?
What belief is attached to this thought?
How long have I had this belief?
Where does this belief come from?
Has this belief served its purpose?
Am I ready to heal this belief?
Can I let the thought and belief go?
It is so important to be able to tune into your emotions and figure out what they are telling you. Here we share 9 emotions and what they mean….
Bitterness shows you where you need to heal, where you are still holding judgments on others and yourself.
Resentment shows where you are living in the past and not allowing the present to be as it is.
Discomfort shows that you need to pay attention right now to what is happening because you’re being given the opportunity to change, to do something different than you typically do.
Anger shows what you’re passionate about, where your boundaries are, and what you believe needs to change about the world.
Disappointment shows you that you tried for something, that you did not give in to apathy, that you still care.
Guilt shows you that you’re still living a life in other people’s expectations of what you should do.
Shame shows that you are internalizing other people’s beliefs about who you should be (or who you are) and that you need to reconnect with yourself.
Anxiety shows you that you need to wake up, right now and that you need to be present, that you’re stuck in the past and living in the fear of future.
Sadness shows you the depth of your feeling, the depth of your care for others and this world.
How do you keep your vibe high on a daily basis? Follow our top 10 tips to raise your vibration…
Practice Gratitude.
When you wake up, write about five things you have gratitude for. Gratitude is a magnet for miracles. When you recognise your blessings, the universe sends more.
Give your Life a Sense Of Meaning.
When you believe that your life has meaning and purpose, you are happier. Give time to your purpose – figuring out what it is, the impact you are destined to have on the world and how you will live out that purpose.
Take Action.
Magic happens when you ACT. Once you have mapped out an exciting vision for your future, start to take steps to make it a reality. Rather than being paralyzed by fear, connect with your why. Remind yourself why you want this vision to happen as a motivation to act.
Allow your creativity to flow.
Immerse yourself in creativity. Create for the sole purpose of it bringing you joy, rather than attaching it to a particular outcome. Allow yourself to feel inspired and have fun with it.
Meditate.
Spend at least ten minutes each day allowing your mind to experience stillness. Let go of your attachment to your thoughts. See your thoughts float past you like clouds.
Move Everyday.
Dance like no-one is watching. Practice Yoga. Go for a walk. Movement allows life force energy to move through you.
Raise the Vibe of Your Home.
The energy of the space in which you live has a huge impact on the energy of you. Clear out the clutter, open your windows to let in the fresh air, add house plants, burn sage, diffuse essential oils, allow sunlight to pour in, adorn your space with crystals, practice the principles of feng shui.
Surround Yourself With High Vibe People.
You are the product of the people you spend the most time with. Choose Wisely. Spend time with those who lift you higher, support you and who are optimistic and kind.
Be mindful of the information you consume.
What you watch, listen, or read impacts your vibe. Practice an information detox by getting rid of anything that doesn’t make you feel amazing or teaches you something that will benefit your future self.
Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone.
Whenever you overcome fears by getting out of your comfort zone, you release their control.
Do you have any other tips for keeping your vibe high?
Here are our top three ways to practice Self Love:
Focus on being someone who loves.
If right now, you don’t love yourself, becoming someone who does may not happen overnight.
Self love is like a muscle you have to build. What you can do today however is focus on being someone who loves other people and things.
Allow love to flow through you as often as possible, even if that love isn’t for yourself.
Focus on what you appreciate around you – people, nature, pets.
As you do this, you begin to embody the vibration of love and so eventually, loving yourself becomes just as easy as love you so freely give to others.
Tune into what it looks and feels like to be loved.
We tend to be the hardest on ourselves when things fall apart. When we fail, when we make the wrong choices, when we get rejected.
It’s these moments where you need to love yourself the most so ask youself: In this moment, how would someone who deeply loves me act or respond?
What would they say? What would they do?
Would they criticise or judge?
Of course not.
They’d offer kindness and compassion.
In the times when you need love the most, think about how the most loving person on the planet would respond then practice being that person towards yourself.
Accept what you cannot love.
Focus on accepting the things you aren’t able to change and you can’t bring yourself to love.
It’s ok to have flaws.
We don’t need to be madly in love with every part of ourselves.
But we do need to accept every part of ourselves and be ok with those things.
We are constantly evolving and growing so in time, these things may fade.
But before they do, learn to accept rather than hate.

What have you manifested recently?
It is something so many of us struggle with but with conscious effort, you can boost your self-worth with our below tips:
Would you speak to your friend like that?
Our internal dialogue affects our thoughts, our thoughts affect our actions, our actions affect our life. It is so important to talk to yourself with kindness and compassion. If you wouldn’t say it to your best friend then you most certainly should be speaking to yourself like that.
Analyze your beliefs
Ask yourself questions – often writing down open-ended questions and writing down your answer will show some amazing insights into your self-worth.
Change your filter
Is your glass half full or half empty? There are two ways of viewing all events – make a game to see the positive in everything. Long queue? Time to catch up on some emails on your phone. Canceled plans with a friend? Chance to have a long bubble bath and an early night. Traffic jam? Means you are able to listen to more of your favorite podcast. Splitting up with your OH? Chance to find out more about yourself and what you value and opens you up to meet someone you are better suited to.
Visualize
What would you look like if you had high self-worth? How would you act at work? How would you deal with difficult situations? Model yourself on this and visualize throughout the day what you are like
Challenge
Set yourself challenges – make a list of all the negative thoughts you have in a day than say you are going to reduce it by half. The next day by half again. Do something that scares you. Set yourself a challenge to write down 5 of your best qualities each morning. Whatever it takes to increase your self-worth – challenge yourself to do it!
