Let’s talk boundaries.
Having them in your business and life is so important to preserve your energy and honor your time and to protect you from the sometimes negative energies of others.
Without boundaries, it’s easy to feel drained, become overwhelmed and put yourself out of alignment (and therefore hold off the positive manifestations from coming into your life)
Setting boundaries is something we encourage all of our clients to do as they grow their coaching business and some examples are:
Allowing yourself to say no to people or things that don’t serve you WITHOUT feeling guilty.
Managing your time effectively so that you preserve time for your own self care.
Having rules in place for when and how clients can communicate with you so that your time is not taken advantage of by your clients.
Being mindful of “over delivering” with clients and finding yourself doing or offering more than what you initially agreed to.
Maintaining boundaries when it comes to your prices by being firm about what you charge and not allowing potential clients to test your boundaries by asking for discounts/freebies.
Speaking your mind when you feel someone has stepped crossed boundaries and its left you feeling frustrated.
Understanding your own boundaries and limits for how much you work within your business. It’s important to know what your cut off point is and when inspired action begins to feel like forced action and it’s time for you to step away from your desk.
If you are ready to start honoring your boundaries more as an entrepreneur and scale your business in a way that feels good, then we invite you to sign up to watch our FREE masterclass which will teach you how to create the freedom, abundance and impact you are meant for as a coach.
