We are a magnet to the things we are a vibrational match to.
If our energy is a high frequency, we attract high vibe people, experiences and things into our life.
If our energy is vibrating at a lower frequency, we are more likely to attract negative people, experiences and things into our life.

“My favourite practice for raising my vibration is to focus on eating high vibe foods. Every food has its own frequency and fresh, clean fruit and veg vibrate at a higher level. What you put into your body has a huge impact on the things you manifest into your life. I spent a week eating just fruit and veg and not only did I feel more high vibe, but I also witnessed lots of wonderful manifestations show up in my life.”

“Get out in nature – it solves a multitude of ills. If you are feeling negative, anxious, fearful or even just tired, take yourself out on a walk. It costs nothing and is a quick way to boost your vibration. Try and go without your phone so you can be really mindful of your surroundings.”

“Gratitude is a magnet for miracles. The more you are thankful for what you have, the more The Universe will deliver more to you. Gratitude is a quick way to turn “I don’t have enough” into “I’m incredibly abundant and have all I want and more”, which is a great way to raise your vibe. Give thanks to the things you already have in your life, but also to the things you want as if you already have them.”

“Self visualisation helps me a lot to raise my vibration. I imagine not only who I want to be but the life I want to live and get as detailed as possible with that.
